Week 6: Finding the Spark: Character & Ethics leading to Excellence

The Week 6 workshop is designed to improve an employee's work ethic.  The importance of dependability and consistent performance will be emphasized. Techniques for improved company dedication will be offered.  Methods for improving cooperation with other employees and management will be practiced.  An analysis of key virtues will alert the employee to personal strengths and weaknesses.  A pathway of moral improvement will be offered.
