Week 3: Exceeding Expectations

 

Week 3 workshop will motivate the participant to exceed the expectations of the participant, customer, and employer.  A pathway to develop those expectations will be offered.  Signposts of success will be highlighted.

  • Know the minimum expectations of an employer
  • Be able to reasonable increase expectations so that improvement is achievable.
  • Know the limits of personal expectation
  • Communicate effectively with an employer one's abilities.
